Treatment at Queens's Hospital
It is important that Patients (or their relatives or friends) tell the Priest that they are in Hospital.
Due to current Data Protection rules he may not otherwise know of Catholic patients in Hospital.
Please let the Catholic Chaplains know by telephoning 01708 447761
You can, if you wish, leave a message on the answering machine.Give the following information
- The patient's name
- The ward or area of the Hospital where the patient is
- Patient's parish if known
- Your name
- Your relationship to the patient
- Your telephone number
Please let us know if you are going into Hospital so that we can come to visit you
It is also very helpful if patients, their relatives or friends inform us of further information - for example if patients are moved to another part of hospital or are discharged
